Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our Slack application

We don't collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) (e.g. your full name, Slack user name and so on). We collect unique id provided by Slack which can't be used to identify you (e.g. @A1S8VAM9). We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We store contents of task only when bot is mentioned to add it to the channel queue (@work [contents of task]). We don't have access to arbitrary messages in the channels.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, because we don't have it. We may share task contents data only when required by law.

You are free to refuse our request to provide you a service inside the Slack application as a bot, with the understanding that we will be unable to provide you a service
